Haha, nah I'm barely making anything at 1350. I hear everyone say the text books are stupid money. I decided not to go to college so I've got no clue, but I can imagine it blows.

Mine were hydrolocked at 2" of travel and the oil was black. They lived a rough life before I got them.

That they are, total racket text books are, well really all higher education is. I think mine tended to be around $300 per book.

I think that's the problem around here. Everyone's broke. And people that aren't don't really need a beat up 96 tacoma.

Jeez. I can't even imagine spending that, I'm a cheap sob so that alone would of put the final nail in the coffin. Let alone tuition and most likely housing.

Okay. I have been wondering what my options are for a smoother ride on my taco. It sounds like some coilovers are the ticket. The description of cadillac for the Kings sounds like they are the top end. Does it also referring to the ride?

    Other options?

This is for a street taco.

Edit: now reading suspension posts, etc. I need to also see what I have and what condition it is in. How long does the OEM last (prerunner)? How does the prerunner slot ride wise in the lineup? And check my air pressure.

    Too few to list.
The backseat in my 2nd gen DC is hardly used but good to have when needed. I just bought this truck specifically for trails only.

Yep, for many college is worth it, but not everyone. Best way to do it in my opinion is start at a2 year, it's much cheaper and allows you to explore different possibilities.

Front and rear diffs are back in. Cruising speed w/ 5.29s and 33s is nice and slow haha.

These came in yesterday. Can't wait to get the 35s put on.

Suspension, 33s, some armor... Rust, Gray wire and 2Low, and more. T4r is stock.
I may need to upgrade as I add weight but I hope these will last me a good long while. I'll have to adjust the preload on them once I see how it sits.
