Just an anti-tank mine. Found nearly a dozen in the past few days along with a pile of RPG heads. "No dang(er), No Dang" Is the common response from the locals... as two civilians were killed last month metal detecting in the area trying to dig up these things.

Ukraine, Old Soviet era training facility. I'm deployed here for the year. We're helping develop and train their military and develop facilities.

 

That's my home country. I was born and lived in Ukraine. Lived there for 8 years then we migrated over to the USA. Went back there for the first time in summer of 2013 right before the whole revolution began.

Less than 20% down and you have a stupid PMI payment.

 

I'd like to say it gets better.. but..

 

we discovered that we missed a city based housing "help" that would have given us $50k but we just found out about it and it takes a few months. But we will be married by then and disqualify.

 

That blows.

Wouldn't have minded $50k.
