    Here ya go boys...

I used washers on the bottom of the mount to get the bar up to the correct height

So is the weight of the light all resting on a free piece of aluminum? You don't think that will eventually move the projection by going over bumps and what not? I would think you'd need another support screw into the first crossbar due to the weight of the light bar

I've tried to jiggle it around but with lock washers and tightening it's not going anywhere. There isn't much unsupported aluminum that the light is sitting on so I'm not worried about movement from the aluminum bending either. You can use a setup like the other guy where he makes a bracket that attaches behind the light bar too if you're worried about it

So is your light lower in height than the first crossbar? I'm guessing you placed your fairing on the bottom two holes?

Well guys I'm not sure if anyone else has had this problem, but when I wen't to install my rack tonight one of the pre drilled and threaded holes in the roof was only 3/4 visible. The metal must've shifted when they welded the roof and the hole and thread isn't completely exposed. Heading to the dealership tomorrow to have them drill it out so I can get a bolt in there. Kinda bummed

I did put my fairing on the bottom two holes, yes. It's definitely lower than the first crossbar which is what I was going for. No worries about hitting it when I carry stuff

Never had any wind problems and I have no foam. Just all the way down and a 40" led bar. Probably helps to crank the music haha

Ok, now does the logo on the fairing go passenger side or drivers side?
Zach's homepage shows the logo as it is on the passenger side but the Cabrac example pics show both..

I think it's meant to go on the passenger side, otherwise the Prinsu logo will be backwards. Will work either way tho.

On a side note, just got my shipping tracking number last night, thanks @zscott

Everything was going so well with my install until I went to drill the holes for the rubber weather strip....and ripped it straight in half :(

Took mine for a drive yesterday evening after letting the rtv dry for a day. I left the gasket off for now. You can tell a difference in wind noise but nothing major. Went all the way to 80mph. Coming down 40 mph and a little less I could hear a slight whistle. Believe it helps that my hearing isn't what it used to be. One tip you all might want to consider, if you hole punch your weather strips, save the knockouts and punch a +\- 3/8 inch hole in it. Use them as spacers for your tie down eyes under the washer to keep from having metal to metal, just a thought. Great product by the way!

I stand corrected, I got sent a 40" cutout. Have already spoken to Zach to get it worked out so I can get a 30" cutout for my 30" heretic.
