push button off while you're in any gear other than Park and the radio will stay on until you open the door.

Does it turn off if you later shift into Park and then open the door? If I leave it in N and open the door it keeps running the radio

I have a 6s and downloaded the entune app. If I login to the app on my phone it stays logged in on my phone and connects to my head unit when I get into my truck. I even get alerts on my phone that tells me how far away from home I am when I get in my truck. If you don't have the app loaded you will miss a lot of functionality. I have gotten two firmware updates on my head unit since installing the app on my phone.

It's not s problem with the two interfacing. They work great together until I turn off the truck and turn it back on. Then it's like the signal is always 'buffering'.

How do you do a map update (DIY) for the Entune™ Premium Audio Systems?

If I'm not mistaken map updates are from memory cards that have to be bought? There's a teeny tiny slot in the lower right of the unit for this.

When I turned on the truck there was a message on the unit that an update was available. I am pretty sure I also saw a setting in one of the menus that allows for a manual check.

i have an automatic, TRD trims come with the push button start. push on/ push off kind of thing.

i feel like persistent radio would be a standard enabled feature, so if our trucks don't have it already, i doubt there's an option/ setting to do so now.

Any way to get the doors to automatically unlock after the engine is shut off?

I don't know for sure but I was exploring the settings through the stereo and it looked like there was setting for everything including locking the doors.

Mine unlock as soon as it is put in park. I am pretty sure it is in settings on the head unit.

Seems that all of those options only apply to an Automatic. Doesn't seem to be anything listed for those with a manual transmission though.
