Granted I'm not running oversize yet on this truck, but I did on both my 07 cummins and 01 ram 1500. It was spot on. I ran 35s on both dodges.

HATE them. They didn't insist on adjusting your coilovers to make the ride height exactly the same on both sides? They don't know what taco lean is and the dude is a know it all and you can't tell him anything different. They cranked my drivers side way up and lowered the passenger side and truck totally veered to the right after that. Went back again and they said they made it better but it wasn't. Two trips and about 500 bucks and I finally adjusted the coilovers back to the way there were and it drives straight. Cam also went there and backed out when they said they wanted to adjust the coilovers.

There's a recall for them :luvya:

From what I've heard from many people on here is you need to go to a place that commonly deals with over sized tires. Schwab wasn't cutting it for me either

For my VIN number yes, but Cam has the exact same year, both are SR5 and his was covered under warranty. It was the same exact part number too

That's a nice looking ground tent. I can't make out the brand, who makes it?

I also need a new alignment done and need to keep my 4 degrees caster. Any other shop recommendations?

I would rotate that tank so the fitting on the bottom doesn't get ripped off on a rock or ground!

I've considered that. I have a high clearance bumper and the fitting is tucked under the lowest bumper line. If I tear it off I'd be tearing off wiring and other vital shit at that point. Thanks for the heads up anyways. Always appreciated

Renton Highlands Firestone has never had issues with my alignment. They'll mess with caster if you ask them to. They did once tell me there was an extra charge for aftermarket parts. I asked if their manager could show me where that charge was listed and it has never been brought up again.

They also told me that I could only come in something like four times a year. I went home and got my contact I signed (life-time unlimited alignments) and asked if the manager could show me where it stated X amount of alignments per year. That has also never been brought up again.

Don't you have uniballs though, @JDAM? How will they adjust your caster?

No joke. Firestone Issaquah laughed at me when I pulled up a month ago. Guy claimed to be the manager and went on to say "you'll just come back next week after wheel'n and complain the alignment is off". Granted I get his point, I'm sure that's common.

Since then I've been limping the truck around without an alignment and have managed to cup the the fronts pretty bad from the messed up toe.

Yeah Tru-Line was spendy but they're the only local shop that would touch the truck without conflicting my work schedule. Sounds like there are some better options up north as noted by @Greddy and @northwesttaco. Just hard to get up there on a weekday without taking a day off work setting me back even more $.

All in all, the truck drives straight now and I'm a tad less stressed out about destroying the new rubber. Still would like more caster... but that'll be a fight for another day.

Firestone Issaquah turned my friend away about a month ago because he had SpiderTrax spacers. Said they wouldn't touch it.

Drove up the hill to the Firestone I go to and they squared him away.
