    Highly likely you were at the max duty cycle of the OEM pump. Positive actually. How many miles does your truck have.

    Ehhhhh 10k now maybe? Filter wasn't plugged, I'm staring at it now and it looks pretty fresh. I just think duty cycle was at its max under full boost

    So if that crank pulley has rubber to dampen. What is the expected life expectancy in extreme temperate conditions?

    Longer than OEM under similar conditions. All I can say. That'd be for the engineer to answer.

    It works!! Note to self though, those pipe clamps can be alot tighter lol. Turned truck on, hear fuel spraying under the truck. Fuel filter clamos were no where near tight enough! Alls good though! My AFR dropped from around 11 at WOT to a out 10.2 lowest, so that definitely tells me the OEM pumo wasnt cutting it! Still maxed out on 7-7.5 boost though. Need to figure out how I got 8 before...

    When you were seeing that boost pressure, was that right after installing the pulley?

    Yes, for at least a month after the pulley install I was seeing 8 on a cold morning. Now I average 7 and see 7.5 in the early cold mornings

    Did you do any performance mods right after, or soon after installing the pulley?

    Nope. Pulley was the last mod I did on the truck. Exhaust/intake/y pipe were all done right after the SC install, was seeing around 5.5-6 and then Pulley install a couple months later had me at 8. But that was engine screamin', cold mornings.

    Either you have an exhaust leak (which you obviously notice), belt slippage due to age or design, vacuum leak to gauge, or bypass valve isn't completely closing.

    Easiest test is to cap vacuum source to bypass valve. So that it doesn't bypass. Then test drive. See if it goes higher. This was the problem with Memario's s/c.

    The other tests of visually inspecting things don't need explanation.

    Ooooooo I did notice a little exhaust leak at the inlet to the muffler while I was under there. Guess I'm taking the clamps off and welding that sumbitch.
