Limited Crew? Post your pics.

Traded in my '13 Limited for '16 Limited because of the pretty interior.

Guess the long bed is just based on what would sell best in a certain market. Toyota probably found that Canadians are more likely to purchase a long bed in the Limited vs. a short bed. If mine had been a short bed I may have passed on it and bought a different model, but that's only my preference. Also, our market is much smaller that yours, so they probably want to cut down on different models offered into Canada and give us less choice. They would have so many different models sitting in Port that it would near be impossible to get the right number of selections right. Try guessing how many people would purchase a long bed versus a short bed in a certain model with certain options in which specific color. Then narrow those selections down to a smaller number of purchasers.

Easier to say "Make them all white, if they don't like white, too bad for them!" People will still buy them, but only in white. Then they'll bitch that Toyota doesn't offer black.

 

Only LED interior lights for mods so far...but plan to make some purchases this weekend.

 

Love the BBP Limited! Just wasn't sure I would long term...so I chose white.

 

My 014 has the nice heated seats - and a JBL - and my wife screams when I take it off road - but she mostly stays home. Ran like a top for a recent 2600 road trip. My biggest complaint (unforeseen at purchase) is the itty bitty bed - now eaten up by a tool box. Did they offer the Limited with a longer box? I haven't seen one.

 

Only in Canada as far as I know. My '13 Limited was and now the '16 (see post #23).

Hutch thanks I wanted white but the dealer had this on the lot and and gave me an offer on it I could not refuse to take. It actually worked out cheaper than the TRD sport I wanted with less in it.

 

Damn, that looks good! Thought the short box wasn't in my cards, but after seeing this, I can see how I could go for it.

 

The more you guys post these pics from the US with those wheels the more I feel like I got ripped off and totally jealous. Why did Canada get those sport wheels???

Looks good man! That bug deflector breaks up the lines and adds some depth.

Interesting, the ones in Hawai'i are made in Baja, California (Mexico), most other Toyotas here are actually manufactured in Japan and shipped directly here. I guess since the Tacoma model is mainly for the Americas makes sense that they are made in the area.

36k is a pretty big hit.

 

I've got a mgm limited ordered and 36k is what i need out of it to make it work. Ive got a few summer cars but i drive my toyotas the most. here my first 2016 trd sport which i sold and bought the white limited.
