    Whats crazy is I got the truck on a Monday and found the shell on Tuesday. Picked it up as soon as possible because I knew it would sale quick.

    Took my wife's 4Runner in to the local Toyota dealer for its 25k service and walked around the lot looking at the 2016 Tacomas. They just took a shell off of a 2nd gen Tacoma that someone traded in (same color as mine) and I offered the dealer guy $175 and he took it! Think that was a good deal!

    It's a Leer with a Thule roof rack. I have since changed the seized rear latch handle with a new keyless entry to match the Pop & Lock on the tailgate. They both work with my key fob. Mall approved and ready!

    Thanks! Yeah it couldn't have been better timing. The only thing wrong with it is the lift rod / strut things need to be replaced but I don't think those are too expensive. Other than that it's in pretty great shape.
