R&D takes time. Truck has only been out for a few months.

Should be adjustable. I am only wanting 1 to 1.5. Not a big fan of big lifts, I'm a fan of great ride and increased travel.

cool, for that price you should be able to see at least 3" without topping out

Price is not that much different than Icon or King. Seeing 3 inch above stock 2016 height will be a stretch due to how the front end is set up. If you reach 3" I would assume ride quality would suffer greatly as the down travel would be limited. YMMV.

I've been waiting for these for a while and wanted these before the 2016 taco's even came out. I spoke to ARB reps and they said the 2016 model was under ride evaluation and expect a release in March. BUT that was around the holidays so who knows what the new schedule release is...

In the mean time, I'm gonna go with OME885 and AAL to get lifted and fit some new shoes to scratch my itch lol

That make's sense as the 2016 is already 1" higher from the factory. Seems like most are getting the same results from Icon without exceeding the recommended thread heigth.

If you don't draw blood, you're doing it wrong!
    ***Update***

I just spoke to ARB Corp. (since they are semi-local to me).

They have the first order of Tacoma BP-51s set to deliver to their Renton, WA location on 5/2/16.

They have 19 sets ordered, and only (1) is reserved. She suggested contacting my ARB Dealer/Distributor to place an order for this first-run.

So, these will be available after 5/2/16 through your Dealer channels.

cant wait to see someone try these out and let us know how they are. I want to upgrade my suspension already to something with Resi's but I do NOT want to lose lift height. I like the height and stance of my current setup but could use an overall upgrade in it.

I wonder what the rear shock is set up for, as far as lift height.
Since the front is limited to 2" of lift, I'm betting Dakar leafs aren't going to work well with them.

    I've heard +1" front/+.5" rear...

Assuming the rear lifts 2.25"(leaf removed)-2.75" with Dakars, and the front lift is 2"; how do you level lift?
Even if the 3rd gen's .5" higher in the rear, ate into the Dakar lift, that's still 1.75"-2.25".

Personally, I'd like to maintain the factory rake.
Best I can do is .25"-.75" high in the rear; or hope the .5" higher in the rear, eats into the Dakar lift and remove a leaf.
Now if I put a plate bumper up front...

    Am I thinking right?:drunk:

Little tree air fresheners. Clazzio black leather seat covers.
What's the word on these bad boys? Can't seem to find them anywhere for a Tacoma!
My 16' needs some added love in the suspension area. Anyone have a set yet?
