    What haven’t I changed?
    You don't need a dehydrator. Just cut the leaves into small pieces, spray them with some olive oil, and bake them at 350 degrees for about 10-15 minutes until they're crispy. Store them uncovered at room temp. If you cover them up in a container, they don't stay crispy.
