I'm heading out tomorrow at noon. I've got class until 10 then I need to get the boys so they can enjoy the show. My oldest has been the past two years and it will be my youngest a first. My youngest is the aviation junkie like his daddy.

I am too lazy to go back and read the full story, but take your stuff to Section 8 and have them powder coat it. I am gonna have them do my sliders and bed rack. They did all the Bronze stuff for me.

Anyone ever had shoulder surgery? Having a slap year fixed tomorrow, expect a painful recovery, but hope it's short

No surgery, just a destroyed Humeral Head last year. 6 months of PT. Still have improvement to be made, won't ever be the same.

Listen and do what you can to relax and let the therapist stretch the ROM.

I had my clavicle re attached. Well sort of. They ground my right clavicle down 3/4 of an inch then rookbpartbof my trap muscle to hold it down. Still not attached but it keeps it from flailing around. Re hab was a bitch. I had it done 20 years ago. I would hate to go through that shit now.

yeah, i had a slap tear and other bad shit happen to my shoulder a while back while in the military and never had surgery. just re-hab'd it myself a shit ton and dealt with it. it'll give me some pain and issues here and there occasionally but i'm still able to lift 315 lbs over my head when i oly lift so i was lucky i hurt it in my younger years and it healed decently on it's own. good luck in surgery dude

I've had a few shoulder surgeries. Latest was a complete labrum reattachment. 13 anchors and a whole bunch of cleanup. Pain after the surgery wasn't terrible but just expect that you won't be doing shit for quite a while. Shoulder rehab is looooong!
