Really been wanting to color match rear bumper. What brand of paint are you going to use and where do you get it. Or are you going to plasti it?

 

Added a plano rifle case to my cross bars to hold all my recovery gear nice and handy.

 

Should definitely consider the ammo can bed mounts that get posted occasionally! Although this is a great idea.

To me this doesn't make any sense. You put your high beams on to add more light and that's exactly what it's doing while keeping the fogs on. Your high beams shoot down the road farther and the fogs light up the road closer to the truck. It's the best of both worlds

Don't get me wrong, where I live it seems like nobody gives a fuck anymore. They either throw HID's in there stock housings or what is just as bad even if it's a stock bulb a lot of people around here drive around with their high beams on and don't shut them off even if you are flashing them. As a matter of fact to me the only downfall to doing the fog lamp anytime mod is that the fog's don't shut off while flashing your high beams at someone.

 

Reasoning behind it is the high beams reflect more light in the fog thus reducing visibility. The fogs are designed to light up the front and edges of the road so you can see the lines.

 

I think I've used my high beams 1/2 a dozen times since I bought this thing. Hell, people flash me with low beams on

 

The local gun shop/range has a 50 bmg for sale. It's 20 grand! Ammo would cost about the same after an hour lol

 

Got my Katzkins installed last night. Still need to wire up the heaters.

It makes up for the last attempted transaction I almost had with a different TW member. We had texted back and forth up to the day before and had made rock solid plans to meet up. The day of, he simply stops responding to my messages. Total radio silence. I had rearranged my whole day to meet this guy, luckily I didn't actually start driving there.

 

Right, which is why I don't use my high beams in the fog.
