    For you home mortgage guys...I have a question about how to get rid of my PMI ins. I think its some kinda high risk or something and its like $600 per year. Called my mortgage company and they were no help but my tax professional said all I had to do was refinance. Anyone have any experience eliminating PMI?

    I think all you have to do is refi, and if your new loan is 80% or less than the appraised value of the home, you dont have to have PMI.
