Thanks and enjoy. It's a beautiful truck. I got lucky and found a demo about to be released. I've "only" had to wait about two months where some of you guys have waited forever.

Yay... Truck was built today, so from the looks of it I'm just a couple weeks out... Still seems like an eternity.

 

Dealer just sent this! Almost over!
Your vehicle has arrived at the VPC. I've asked them to expedite it so hopefully I should see it real soon. I will let you know once its been invoiced / shipped.

MGM DCSB TRDOR with tow package

Got a call from the dealer today says my truck is in freight and should be in town tomorrow but the latest it could be is the 5th.... Going to be the longest week ever if it doesn't arrive tomorrow.

 

Anyone wait over a month to get their build date? I'm at one month today. Dealer says that Toyota is back logged on Tacos and that they process orders in the order received and have no idea when they will provide a build date.

 

Never got a build date on mine just a port date.

Mine is waiting in line to get loaded on the truck in Houston as we speak.

 

I'm off the list. Pickup is tomorrow

 

Same here Took about 3 months to get the vin and port date.

 

I totally get that. Dealer told me arrival date March 31 to April 4. Time is dragging on.....

 

Ouch!!

 

Hope my truck gets to the dealer on tonight's shipment (they have one scheduled). If not I can't take delivery until next Friday because of my work schedule.

 

I know how that works if I don't get mine tomorrow my work schedule will prohibit me from getting it till next Saturday... I'd quit my job if I didnt need it to buy my tacoma...lol

 

HMMM.... mine too....and April 4th is conveniently when my college grad discount expires....

 

Bwonger I am in the same position for the college grad rebate. However on toyota financial website they extended the rebate if you read the fine print to july 5th, 2016 so unless your dealer doesn't honor that or something you should be good.

 

That is my kind of luck.

 

Awesome! I'd been watching them extend it every month as i've been waiting for the truck, the last extension was from jan-april so i was questioning whether it was going to extend after that. Pfew!

 

Well didn't make it to the dealer today so looks like I'll be waiting till Friday.... This sucks.
