I just got a 2013 Tacoma, and when ever I shut it off there is a short buzz under the hood on the passenger side. Anybody know what it is?

be grateful that you '13 does the shutdown air purge.... the 12's dont causing condensation buildup and $$$ in repairs down the road.

My old 08 didn't have any of it, I had to adjust to it on the 15 but don't even think about it any longer.

And unfortunately not covered under the emissions warranty, but just the basic 36/36 warranty.

Yup as does mine... but '12 v6's were not programmed to run on shutdown for some reason (first year the v6's had the system) and there have been a few cases of condensation buildup due to lack of pump running on shutdown causing air valve failure :-/
