Do I need 884's or 885's for an 06 extended cab?

Depends on what you're trying to accomplish. Both have the same spring rate, 590lb, with the 885 being 5mm taller than the 884s.

Front tow hook, bed tie downs, soon: OME lift, new tires, 17" Method Mesh wheels.
Finally after over a year sitting in the garage I am finally installing my kit.

I have the front end done and now I am working on the rear.

I pulled out the factory rear leafs, I've got the Dakkar's going back in, and there is a shim in the factory leaf pack. Do I need to take that off and put on my Dakkar's, it's not a notched shim, or should I go ahead and put my 3* shims in?

The factory shim looks to be about half the thickness of the 3*

The thick end of the shim is facing the cab.

Hmm...I've never seen a factory leaf pack with a shim, so I'm not 100% sure...but I'd leave the shim off of the Dakars until you know for sure you have a driveline vibration that needs fixing.

I tried to take it off, but it's attached pretty good.
Yeah, I'm going to leave it off. The 3* shims I have are slotted so they will be easier to put in later. I also put collars on the center bolts.

I'm running 884s with a 3/4 in plate spacer. Perfect height. With 885s, you will need to buy new struts

King coilovers, Toyo A/T 33's yadda., yadda...
I am in need of some advice from the OME suspension gurus. My current setup is King 2.5 coilovers in the front and king shocks in the back with the DAKAR pack in the back and shackle flip kit. The coilovers in the front are cranked down quite a bit to make up for the lift in the rear. I would like to level out the truck some more to shift the center of gravity towards the rear axle. Anyone have any advice? Thanks

Ive got eibachs and 5100s for 2.5 of lift up front on my access cab with steel bumper and synthetic line winch. I'm about to add full skids and I'm worried about losing height. Would changing to 886 coils when I get the skids on be the way to go? I wouldn't mind another 1/2" up front if that also happened. I have the 620# eibachs btw.

Granted I changed tire size as well. But the hub to fender measure was +1" with the 886s.

They don't have the spc logo on them. Is what you're saying I have the drivers on the pass side or just flip it over? I'm confused by this and the drawing at this point

    Got it, easy enough.

Ordering the complete OME kit with the sport shocks and driver side spacer. Drive about 35K miles/year and will be replacing my tonneau cover with a cap, carry 300lbs most of the time plus the weight of cap.
Have 175k on my 2011 dcsb so it is time.

My questions to keep truck level, do i use 2885s with front lift enhancer kit or go up to the 2887s?

I went 887's rather than adding a spacer, I just finished installing this afternoon. I will get some pics and measurements.
