Hahaha I hate when that happens. Makes me so mad if I have to drop a headphone and say "what?" Or "Were you talking to me?" It should be pretty obvious I'm not here to talk

Now under 200 lbs for the first time in approx 9 months. Feb 1 I was at 216 lbs. Coming down a shade quicker than I'd like, but no macro modification for a month so I will just let it flatline somewhere eventually.

I think that might just be a casein thing. Every casein I've ever had has like a weird powdery malty taste. I'd rather just eat some yogurt or something before bed...cheaper too. I get Greek Yogurt at Ingles for like .75 per cup.

Congrats! It's not all that bad. I got married back in Sept and am still liking it. We've lived together for like 6 years before that, so the only thing that changed is having to wear a ring lol

hate that shit. We've got a couple crazies in our gym that always bug the shit out of everyone, so I try to keep my music playing the whole time and never make eye contract. There's these 2 guys specifically....fucking lunatics. One of them is kinda slow...not retarded, but just dumb. He bathes like once a week and his fingernails are super long and he's always really nasty looking. He's been guilt-tripping people into paying for his gym membership for like 2-3 years. He bugs the shit out of everyone, too. He'll seriously follow folks into the bathroom talking to them and talk to them the whole time they're lifting. The other guy is like in his 60's and used to be a meth head and his brain is fried. He's always got hospital gloves on and will randomly take his shirt off. It's almost like he's drunk. Every time he's sees me, he says, "bet ya don't remember me, do ya?" And I just completely ignore him lol. I'll try to snap pics of these fools next week

I usually take a week off like once or twice a year. I try not to voluntarily...usually one is due to sickness and the other is when I go on vacation. I will have deload weeks a few times a year, too.

Same here man. I've gone from 209 to 202 in 2 weeks. I know a lot of it was water, but to risk losing weight too fast, I'm not gonna modify my macros until my weight loss stalls.

hahaha this morning I tried to put the moves on my wife before we got out of bed to get our coffee and she got mad and I kept saying that over and over again...I think it just made her madder

Did legs today. Took half a scoop of ol' Mr. Hyde and actually stopped between sets of squats to check my heart rate...120 BPM after just 2 sets. That shit is insane.

    all 3 sets of 8-15:
    squats
    barbell lunges
dumbbell Romanian deadlifts (1st time doing these...liked them a lot)
    seated leg extensions
    seated leg curls
    lying leg curls

    calves
    abs

Spotted this beauty, too. Believe it or not, I've never seen this dude do legs before...
