I Looked at LEER, Snugtop, and ARE caps but chose to buy local and got the Lakeland Renegade. So far, I have no complaints. Leak free and the key fob remote lock is awesome!

Thanks to the recent 2016 Wet Okole Group buy, I now have heated seats.

Before (like you all haven't seen Tacoma seats before)

    After

I almost didn't finish my online Calc 2 class because I was trying to decide all black vs taupe middle with black on the outsides. The all black look good, but do a great job attracting dog hair.

You wouldn't think I need heated seats in April... but you know.. Wisconsin

    Looks great!

I keep a lint roller in my truck for that exact reason: freaking dog hair.

Lint roller is a good idea. I don't even have a dog... yet.

I know pretty much errr body got em but I really like how the SEMA PRO wheels looked when I saw them at the Mil Auto Show. Gonna wait till the lift is on. trying to decide between 275 70r17 or 265 70r17. Leaning towards the 265's since I don't want to chance anything rubbing on the fancy new Camburgs.

    Edit: Ended up with 275's

Sooo, when I bought my truck, I had no vehicle. My truck was a dealership an hour away and I had to get a ride to see it. By the time I got there, it was dark. I did my best to look it over and only noticed a few minor scrapes which I eventually touched up. It was a pretty good deal and it drove great! I drove it home and life was good... until the next day... when I noticed

    this

    right!

    HERE!!!!!!

There is a matching dent on the other side. I was pretty pissed but all sales were final. My OCD kicks in every time I see it. I had a paintless dent removal guy give me an estimate. 300 per side and he couldn't guarantee it would all come out. That was nothing compared to the autobody shop I took it to. They wanted to charge me close to $3k. They told me they'd have to drill a hole in my door frame large enough to get a tool in there to work it out. Then, I'd have a plug in my door frame. It was either that, or they'd have to take my back window off, my bed off, and go at it from that side. Then they would repaint after the repair. They told me the repaint might flake after a couple years. I think I'm either going to get this kit from Amazon and watch a bunch of PDR youtube vids with a 6 pack and make a day out of it:

    http://www.amazon.com/Super-Repair-...e&ref_=ox_sc_sfl_image_21&smid=A2J0QUVFWVCG2P

Or just put a single Yakima cross bar up in front to cover it up and get a Prinsu rack for the truck cap. I'm leaning for the second option if the rack will fit the garage door after the lift.

Dang, that sucks! I'd try the paintless guy for sure. Weird it has matching dents on both sides.

I suspect someone put a single roof rack bar up there before with a contractor bed rack in the back. The dents are exactly opposite of each other. Either they installed it incorrectly or put way too much weight on it. It raised my blood pressure a few ticks.

    That sounds feasible.

I do like quicksand though. I should be able to afford a 2016 around 2020 (If I don't stop buying parts for this 2012.)

I ended up taking the truck to the dealership to have the parts installed. The upside is that I only had to lift my credit card, the downside (besides cost) is that I couldn't be there when the lift was going in. I told them (based only on reading TW posts) that I wanted the billy's set at 0 and maybe remove the top overload on the Dakars. They ended up not removing the overload and they set the Billy's at .85. :facepalm:But hey, they do this for a living. I'm just a guy that spends too much time online staring at trucks. :taco:

Center hub to fender well is 24" on driver side both front and rear (with 1/4" top plate spacer to correct taco lean). On the passenger side, I get 24" rear and ~25" front. I will remeasure later. Hoping everything settles kinda even. If not, it will bother me until I buy Fox adjustable shocks to match the rear.

My CV boot angles look kinda shitty. Will definitely slide em over a bit. I bought some smooth band clamps, hope they work:
