What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

First post (other than my intro post) on the site. Just a baby mod....simple but it took care of a slightly annoying, and my only, issue with my new 2016 Tacoma!

Added 9/16" plugs to the forward most 2 holes on the Lower Support Arms to take care of the "Howling" noise I was getting at 30-45mph. Worked like a charm!

Super cheap, super easy, and the first of many modifications to come!

 

Could you take some seperate pictures of the plugs? Where did you find them?

 

Monday it rained really hard here in NH. Its really the first time the new truck has been out in heavy rain. While driving to work (25 min drive) my radio would crash and re-boot about every 3 to 5 mins. It drove me crazy. It has not happened since.

 

Got a box of 50 of them from Amazon.

Thanks, I can never find these things at HD/Lowe's so this makes it easy!

 

They are in the drawers at Lowes, took awhile but I found them. There is a post with the part numbers at Lowes, do a search.

 

Total typo on my part. 265/70 is my size.... I too wanted to avoid the dreaded weight of the "E"

Added glove box decal and had windows tinted today (20% all around).

 

I'm trying to get the balls to start hacking on my bumper plastic for my LED Light bar.

De-badged, removed the front cowl and removed the back headrests.

 

Now I don't know that it's a tacoma! Ha! Just kidding, it looks clean. Nice truck

 

So that's what I heard today, thought it was coming from the new vent visor's.

 

Door sill decals went on today.

 

I like the post in the decal thread and still like them now. You gotta get those leaves cleaned up though!

 

Haha. I'm working on it. It's so dang hot out today.

I'm right handed and found doing the passenger side first was easier. I wonder if left handed people will find the driver side easier?
