No time to road trip. Im working every day this month and Into the start of may just to afford it as it is

Naaa that's what other people's houses and tools are for.

 

So stood in line at Tower Records yesterday drinking an 18 pack hoping and praying we got GnR tickets.

Didn't end up getting tickets but man what a good time we had just bullshiting and partying with the people in line.

After brewery and bar hopped around LA we Went by the Trubador venue that GnR was playing at Was able to hear the bass pumping through the walls out into the streets. Those guys maybe old and sober but they can still fucking rock.

Nearly scalped some tickets from a dude on CL for $500 a ticket but I didn't think it was the worth the risk of them being fake tickets or not. Might go to Vegas in a couple weeks when they officially start their tour.

I'm staying in as of now. If the shipping sucks I'll probably just drop down a size and get the Bachelor instead of the Shasta. I really want the extra room for the annex but pushing 2K for a tent is a little on the ridiculous side.

we really like our Bachelor. Especially since it sits lower on the bed. Havent even used our annex room.. Or attached it for that matter. Lol

 

Yeah the size is a big one for me. I had the shasta and it was just about perfect I couldnt see dropping a size for me the wife and 2 dogs that take up most of the space. And yeah 2k is ridiculous but I camped allot more when I had the rtt and it made life allot easier. I understand and do what you got to do if that means dropping out. I cant force people to go and dropthat kind of coin just to save myself a little cash. Thats pretty selfish and asshole ish of myself

 

Only people I've ever seen use the annex was the pelfreys lol mine is in a sack in the corner.

 

I use mine on the colorado trips when Im staying in a spot for atleast 2 days. Sometimes on trips up here aswell for tge weekend. Or if its raining. I like to be able to pull my chair in the annex and sit in there compared to get up inside the tent. But then again i always "try" to avoid going camping in rain. If I get the new sleeve cvt has so you can keep the annex on when you fold it up I would use it more aswell.

 

Ohhhh I like the sound of that. Leaving the annex always on.

 

Yeah Its pretty awesome. And easy looking aswell. I would like to use the annex more. I just dont like taking it off and on to much.
