    Parts stores here are ridiculous. 9-1 on weekends. I just need a check valve, grommet, and belt. Should be good to go.

    Good overall shape, clean body and interior. Also has a 5 speed 3.0 and I could probably get it for around $1800-2000. it would be a great starting point and allow more budget for upgrades and restoring anything that is too old. Sadly right now is not the time.

    Well by the sound of it its got a blown head gasket so that would be a shitty way to start.

    That lid ruins the truck. If I bought that I would take that shit off before even leaving the dudes place, even if it meant not having a center console lid

    When 1 of them blows a head gasket you have a back up. You can just put them on a head gasket rotation. Plus you could probably get like 3 2nd gens for the price of a decent 3rd gen
