I would say yer spot on with that assessment Joe. GM is "big" enough that they are willing to say "you want to work here or you don't, we got plenty of people who want to" "what say you?"
The problem is with that attitude there is typically a revolving door of personal in and out and when yer on the way out it's usually "ok, have nice day" without even looking up to see who they're talking to. I'm sure there are a lot positives about this job offer Dave but it sounds like there may be a number of cons. Do the positives out weigh the cons?
