Back to the bumper discussion, just to clarify, I didn't have to cut my frame horns off. I unbolted the crush cans and everything just bolted right up.
Very stout, well made bumper! Glad I finally pulled the trigger on it.. Jet.com had it for $770 free shipping instead of the usual $850+

I had never heard anybody with a 98-00 with an ARB so I was waiting to hear from you if you had to modify anything

nope, I have unbolted the crush cans as well. No welding required as i know. ARBs are great! probably won't have another truck without one

I don't like ARBs. But they look good on boxy type trucks, such as 98-00s and certain land cruisers

Thanks it was my design, @SilverGhost and Insain Fab in CO tweaked it and made it do able, and @SilverGhost welded it. Big props to him since he did all the mock up, bending, welding with only measurements.
There's some better pics in my build thread (click on the picture in my sig)

dents and missing bits, built in the Gravel garage, hillbilly trained mechanic…
ARB is a sweet beast and pretty solid bumper. It is a good idea to do the endcap weld mod if you plan to use a winch later. I had a bit of an issue with mounting mine but that was due to the PO slightly cupping and bending the RH frame horn. Had to get it sorted at the welding shop and did the endcap welding at the same time. Sliders installation coming up soon at Relentless. I'll post photos when I get on my computer.
