Been a wind advisory every day for almost two weeks and every day they say it'll stop early the next day. It doesn't. It just keeps whipping. 10-30mph with gusts 40-60mph (varies by day).

I don't like riding in it. Usually, I just stick to trails when its this windy.

The owners manual for my cr125 says to replace the piston and rings every 3 races or 7.5 hours! Doesn't seem like it would take much to ride 7.5 hours....

Thats straight pounding the ever living piss out of it. If you just trail ride it or ride normally, that wouldn't need to be done that often.

Tim brings that out in me. I imagine he and I will get along swimmingly in person.

You get your shit fixed yet, Mr NFG?

Its really frightening at the top of fourth, when the wind hits the under side of the bike and you chop the throttle to stop lifting the bike up (as the wind has taken over) and you subconsciously grab 5th gear and continue. Nothing like the front tire barking when it hits the ground because you're doing like 80.

I'm self taught. Started with power wheelies. Figured out how to clutch it up one day on accident while going through intersection. It was like a light bulb came on. Grasping the concept and actually doing it is the hardest part. Then its all weight transfer, and throttle control. Always always always in a safe area.
