Norcal Spotted and BS Thread

I'm getting ready to go rounds with dmv. They won't issue me the commercial tag to go with my personal plates. I told them if I'm paying commercial vehicles fees I'm entitled to those tags. Now I gotta go back Monday and talk to a manager and figure it out.

 

I'm surprised you got away with "MROTPHJ" for so long anyway

 

He stole it from me. Now I have to rock MSOTPHJ

 

I've been planning to get a pesonalized plate for a while. Thought of a good one 10 years years ago, but recently came to terms with the fact that I'll never do it.

My friend has PIITB and DMV allowed it.

Been wanting to do this with a TRD sticker, but I didn't have one. So I used @stroM-'s sticker for a paint tattoo

 

Where you get that fancy sticker? Where can I get me one?

 

Why is the CHIRP software for programming cheap radios such a pain in the ass? In prep for my new radio coming in and after telling @Gply I'd program his UV-5R, I hook mine up to check; been a while since I'd done it. Needed new version of CHIRP, new Python runtime installation, an updated driver from Prolific and two restarts.
I hold @Iggy. personally responsible.

 

I heard the updates are a little redic.
