Trying to beat a deadline...Adobe

Hey yall I have a big "journal" I had to make on Microsoft Word for my class. Before and after three different sections of the journal I have to add a "planning" then a "reflecting" form. The forms that I have to fill out are a .pdf Adobe file. How can I convert those files to be able to open on Microsoft Word?

 

You could copy the text and paste it into MS Word...
Or you could open the pdf and click File->Save As... and in Save As Type change to .doc
Or you could open the file in Adobe and click File-> Export... to Word Document.
I dont know if these are the same options as Adobe Reader. I have Professional installed. Hope it helps.

Thanks guys, but it isn't allowing me to save as a .doc, export it, and I'm not supposed to copy/paste it ( just because of how the document is layed out)

 

Weird. I just tried saving a pdf as a doc and it worked fine.
When you click File and Save As... At the bottom where it says "Save As Type:" what does the drop down menu give for the types?
You should have an option for "Microsoft Word Document (*.doc)"

 

.pdf file is the only choice.

 

doubt that'll work. Maybe only Professional has that choice
All my machines have Professional, so I can't see what options are available in Reader.

 

you can google "convert pdf to doc" or similar and see what comes up...

Depending on the amount of time you have you could try going to www.zamzar.com and have them convert it for you. Works well, just might take a while. No more than 24 hours in my experience.

 

Yes, only pro versions can convert.

there's some online converters, but they eventually make you pay.

EDIT: Found a solution, PDF995... though I haven't used it yet.
