    That's where I am today. My hamstrings are so sore from Saturday. I had to lay back on my bed and put my socks on up in the air this morning. Love it!

    Anyway, squatted 385 last week with wraps, no spotter because I ain't no bitch. (jk I have no friends :( ).

    Puts my total at DL 505, Squat 385 and bench 260. 1150... Gonna try for 285x10 squats tomorrow.

    My back has been bothering me again so I decided to do a deload. I haven't been to the gym since Wednesday :( I'm gonna start back up in a few days and I'll start counting again also.

    It's the same instance. I stayed away from squats for a few weeks and started to feel better but I came back squatting too soon. I'm too stubborn I guess. BRB never squatting again.

    My protein I ordered from bb.com shipped from their Nevada facility for some reason, so it's not gonna be here til Wednesday. It usually ships out of Florida and is here the next day. Bb.com trying to restrict my gainz

    What's wrong with your back? Forgive me if you've explain several times lol. I too have a back injury... A torn L4. I gave up caring about the pain. My life in the gym is more important. I was going insane, super depressed... Terrible... If I can't lift I mid as well die. So, I'm not prepared to die yet so I still lift lol.

    legs are a b!tch and allot of things can get sore and hurt from pounding legs. The horizontal seated hack sqaut thingy has been a life saver for rehab for this guy. You honestly don't need more than 1 45 for single legged. IT puts a ton of stress on your stabilizers and a variety of muscles including your glutes if done right.

    I have been hashing at it for the last couple weeks and squated for the 3rd time since July 2015. I was able to get 315 x 3 on front squat with a pause at the bottom without any pain( today is a different story, i forgot to ice the knee)

    I injured my lower left back area doing leg press a few years back. Heard a loud pop and the pain been coming back every now and then when I squat or deadlift. I'm thinking a disc injury as well. I need to be able to lift heavy shit at my job so I don't want to make it worse by working through it. You need to be careful with that shit though. I'm worried about you.

    Before bed one night last week, my right shoulder started killing me. It's been hurting since then. Feels like a muscle issue. I'm going to get a massage tomorrow to see if that helps any.55 min deep tissue from a fairly attractive 34 year old. I'll take it.

    In the mean time, legs tonight after I bowl.
