Your welcome. I took a ball-peen hammer and nocked a small indention in the inner fender were the strut bracket goes so it sits flush. A couple small taps did it. Then I used OEM touch up paint. Worked out good.

Picked up my bolt on BAMF sliders!!! I'll install these this week. Thanks a bunch to Jerry, he's great with customer service super fast response on emails!

 

Where did you get it

 

Picked it up from the shop. Had 5100's installed on fronts and 5100 shocks in the rear. Pads and cross drilled/slotted rotors installed, rear brakes, valve cover leak fixed. Also had new drivebelt installed.

 

I will be putting switches down there soon. How much did you have to trim to make fit?

This should be a more advertised option from the dealer. Its WAY better than the carpet

 

I had to dremel it just past the line that goes around the space on the top and bottom. Not a huge fan of the switch's size, but it was dirt cheap from superbrightleds.com

 

Alright everyone who is using an aftermarket bumper that DOESNT retain the oem tag lights.. heres a trick.

I ripped the led guts out of a 194 base and used the male part of the base, next i took my positive and negative leads and doubled them up and twisted them super tight. Then i put it through the holes the led wires went through so that i could utilize the tag light harness just sitting there.
These in particular went to the bolt style led tag lights that

After this i electic taped them and ziptied themm put of the way, i also put my bed lights onto the other tag light with this method, yes i know they will always be on.

 

What bumper doesn't accommodate tag lights?

 

Ya the OEM ones from aironboard are a little pricey, but are supposed to fit in the slot with no trimming so Im still debating on what one to go with..
