Hey all, I'm looking to add a CZ 75, 85, P-01 or SP-01 as soon as I get back to the states. I had a Canik55 CZ 75 Compact clone and I fell in love with that style of pistol. Figured it was about time I got the real thing. I know CZ's aren't as big as some of the other companies in the US, but show me what you got and whatcha think of it!

This is the front runner in my choices so far... the SP-01.

I've owned a CZ75 SP-01 for a few years now and love it. I have several newer pistols, but it's still the one that stays in my nightstand.

I have a couple glocks, but held my first CZ the other day and loved how it felt. Might have to get one too.

That's exactly where I plan on keeping mine. Going to get a 2075 Rami for my wife's side of the bed.

Lol that's not a CZ at all. I did consider that Sig just because I love the color scheme. I carry a Sig for work so naturally I have to get something else haha.

    I've got a Mk25 and a P226 Dark Elite, and I prefer my SP-01

I prefer the shooting characteristics of the CZ. The CZ has softer felt recoil, and less muzzle flip due to the lower bore axis than the Sig. On top of that I carry a P229 for work. Its always reliable, but the finish is starting to flake and its got the snappiest recoil of any .40 I've ever fired.

Not what I had in mind, but that totally counts. That thing is amazing. Wish I didn't move so much, would love to have a little SBR like that.

That's a sexy pistol, and makes me want an SP-01 that much more.

I enjoy it. My first hammer fired, DA/SA, all steel frame pistol. No complaints here. You'll enjoy the SP-01.

What kind of CZ is that? I've never seen one with a straight grip like that. Looks almost like the Dan Wesson series.

It's a CZ 40b. Colt and CZ designed a military/police pistol but the contract fell through, so both companies sold old stock. CZ sold their pistol as the 40b and colt sold theirs as the Z40. The best impulse buy ever for $300. Only downside is it has little after market support.

Buy it as a pistol. Install shockwave blade. Profit.
