    Quick search tells me that a Toyota Hiace has a 2TR-FE and uses a 130amp alternator as a stock unit. Might be able to get a dealer to order it if you wanted a bolt on 130amp stock alternative. Not sure how feasible it is, but might be worth looking into.

    I don't want to. It's just too small now. But this guy may be on to something for me .....
    I haven't searched anything for an alternator yet so a quick search may have yielded similar results for me. I need to start looking though because mines starting to go out. I checked it before the lbl trip and from everything I've read, my findings have been on par with one that's at the end of its life. Also helps notice when my truck runs at 13.2v on 2 brand new yellow tops. Haha nothing below 13.6 is "acceptable"

    Exactly. I plan on keeping this one too, it's starting to go out but would be an alright back up if someone were to have one completely die and needed one quick. It's currently pushing like 13.6-13.7 but will drop to 13.2 if I have my subs on and am idling.

    Whenever you get it popped back in, let us know. I would rather support a TW member, but if I can get a stronger one cheaper with a 2 year warranty that covers me dunking it every once in a while then I'm going to go with that.

    If you haven't cleaned your brakes since LBL, I would highly recommend doing so. I was ashamed when I saw all the shit packed in my calipers.

    Yep, I went ahead and threw some new pads on while I was in there. 80k on the originals and still had quite a bit of life left, but they had been making a little noise lately so I went ahead and replaced them.
