Shit we got ripped off. I think my uncle said he bought one for 40. Damn potent stuff though haha.

Hey are you missing a tow hitch cover by any chance? ;) I seem to have found one on the trail

Yeah I'll see what I can get going! Facebook would have been my primary choice but not everyone has one. I feel dumb for asking, is there some kind of sharing website where everyone can upload their pictures to? I could do a drive to, i'll just have to add the lot of ya.

Imgur.com is a photo sharing website too. And yes I lost my hitch cover! Brad, shoot me your info so I can PayPal you and also create a page, Facebook or Google or imgur and post the link so we can all drown each other in amazing photos

Anyone know if pilfrey does discounts on group buys or anything? I am about to order 4 skid plates and sliders from them sometime in the next two weeks.

They're currently building my full armor set up. Front and rear bumpers and full skids. I had their sliders welded on a couple months ago. Hit up Satin and ask her what she may be able to do for you. I got my sliders 10% off during their Feb sale and then when I expressed interest in further fully outfitting my rig with their armor we worked on some numbers and got a deal hashed out. Good luck. They're a great outfit to work with and holy heck did I save on shipping. Well, there was no shipping on the sliders because I went and picked them up myself and will do the the same in June when everything else is ready.

FYI, skids they usually have in stock so you may be able to just run down and pick them up.

Oh. And they don't do group buys. Their queue is so full the lead time would be through the roof if they did any serious group buys. However, they do have sales once or twice per year. Sometimes free shipping on select items, sometimes "x" percent off.

Reading this thread reminds me of the fun I had on Surprise canyon winching up the waterfalls towards Panamint city during CA4WDC Panamint Valley days which I think was 1996

Some of the people on the trip was 4wd & off road editors Rick Pewe and David Freiburger . I remember watching Dave Freiburger falling 20' from a rock ledge and breaking his ankle . Also watching Marlin from Marlin Crawlers making the we waterfalls look easy and not using a winch

That was a fun trip but was long and I was soaking wet from dragging winch cables up down the canyon
