Not supposed to talk or text, need to do something while driving.... Certainly can't focus on actually driving while driving.

Usually when I'm driving and get cut off. The person that did it is usually texting/talking/ or eating. So i cut them off. If they honk, then i show them my phone. Tell them I'm texting. Lol

Not necessarily. There are plenty of reasonably priced homes in both Clear Lake and League City. Sure, you can spend plenty on over priced or million dollar homes, but for the most part if you keep a sharp eye out and/or you have a good realtor, you can find a good home for a good price.

The market is still slightly in favor of the seller, but it's nowhere close to what it was last summer or two years ago.

So much this. Add kids to the equation and now you're looking at school districts, specific schools within the district itself...

Think long term.

 

If you come into a business, with no appointment, how can you possibly get upset that the person you wish to see is unavailable?? i'll never understand it
