    Came with my 2016. I already had one from my old truck so I've never used it. Should fit any Tacoma from 2012-2016. Mounting pivots included. Instructions and mounting template is available from AMP Research (the manufacturer of these).
    $150 buyer pays shipping or pick up in NY 12561. If it is to be shipped I will partially disassemble (as they come when purchased from AMP).

    Those don't look like the OEM mounts. My OEM mounts came with actual nuts and bolts. Not just metal screws.

    Probably because yours got installed at/by the dealer? It worked fine. Installed it this past weekend. I was the one that bought it from the OP

    No, I bought my OEM bed extender kit from a dealer. I'm sure the metal screws will work, but it is not as optimal as the OEM nut and bolt kit.

    More than likely what happened is the OP kept the OEM mount/nuts/bolts on his truck, and bought you a non-oem AMP mounts which uses the metal screws.

    Let's put this to bed. Pun intended. I have already explained this to the purchaser but I'll explain it here due to your concern.

    Those are absolutely the OEM mounts that came already installed with nuts and bolts on my brand new truck. Note the blue assembly paint around the holes. I purchased the lever style mounts you show above from AMP. They indeed came with sheet metal screws. I reused my factory nuts and bolts. I am using my bed extender from my old truck, sold the new one with the OEM mounts. Just threw in the screws from AMP and told purchaser he could through bolt them in the OEM fashion if he prefers. Is everybody OK now? Good eye Stan!
