nope.. that's just my buddy-cat Ratchet! The M could also stand for our last name.

 

I kinda laugh at myself, but I change the oil in my mower about once a year. New air filter too. Next year, I plan to change the plug too haha.

Funny how sometimes cats pick an owner. When my GF got our cat she went to the pound and sat on the floor in the cat room. Bulzi (Bullseye) came and curled up in her lap and refused to move, so she brought him home. But then once she got him home he bonded with me, and he's basically been my buddy for 10 years.

That a square foot garden?

 

A bit bigger than a square foot, lol. Counting all of the raised beds I've got about 600 square feet of garden space in the front yard. Plus there's the apple trees I planted out back, the raspberry, blackberry, & blueberry bushes I've got scattered around, and the log bed in front of the garage

 

It's a way of gardening to maximize crop in a little space.

For instance:

tomato plant= 1 sq ft of space.

Carrots= 16 plants in 1 sq ft.

Lettuce 4 per sq ft.

It's an interesting book and neat way to garden. I've had a few of them setup.

awesome! good for you guys taking her in. We had a stray living in our warehouse at work for who knows how long, found her under some machinery, insanely malnourished, but friendly. we couldnt take her in due to our 2 cats (brothers) luckily.. one of my coworkers adopted her.

hahahahaha.. thats so awesome and JUST like Ratchet and his brother Socket. they are little dogs! eat random food, steals sips of my beer, lay on their backs, etc.

hope my buddy cat can be around at least that long.

I didn't plan it out that way, exactly. I found a supplier for 8 foot cedar boards, so defaulted to 4x8 beds, lol. I do use the square foot guide, roughly, to plot out the planting map, though. Kind of. Loose rule of thumb, lol.

tabbys like the cats you guys have posted that have an M on the head stands for mackerel tabby its the type of breed they are, very common. Less obvious the M the less mackerel they are.

 

Those disappeared from my area for a while and have just reappeared. No one had them anywhere.
