I did mine in about 10 minutes make up a small bowl of the dish soap water and just lightly coat thw back side of the decals this will allow you to move them perfectly into place. When done just gently tamp the decals dry done!!

Have you contacted a lawyer yet? My trd or dcsb has been out of service for a total of 13 days since purchase. Just hit 7000 miles, purchased in October 2015. Wondering if anyone else is pursuing legal action.

Defintely twins! I'm currently looking into the trd pro wheels myself! Are you running stock tires currently?

What a crock of bull sh*t! I'll give them the benefit of 1 hour for the fluid to cool down and as far as the "special tool" go down to your neighborhood FLAPS and buy a pump that fits on the fluid container for all of maybe 9 bucks. Then take to your service manager or the tech that told you that crap and say here is your special tool to put the fluid in ... now stick it up your ***!

If you're lifting your foot high enough to reach the slider then your foot is pretty much already at the same height as the door. Something you could try that I've seen done before is get the sliders but also get a single step and somehow bolt it onto the sliders right beneath the door. That way you have a step and sliders, and when you want to go off-roading you just unbolt the step.

There is actually a special tool for filling, essentially a pump that screws into the fill plug. Also if the fluid is at normal temp it'll probably take longer than an hour to get it to the "check" temp. It's not unusual for the dealer to request that the vehicle is left overnight.

I know family vehicle decals aren't for everyone but these are some of my favorite ones.

I thought the same thing until I realized the pockets located in the seats are meant to stick the seat belts inside. Works perfectly.

Not entirely, this video goes into a great amount of detail about the tools and procedures required to check ATF fluid levels. It's no wonder dealers are hesitant to do it.

I had my 5k service done today and requested the trans fluid be checked as well, the service advisor told me it would be over 2 hours for the service since like was stated the temperature has to come down first, he also said they have never had a 2016 Tacoma that was low on fluid. I said just do the oil change and check for codes and after about an hour I was on my way home.

It's really not that hard. "A special tool". A $5.98 fluid pump is now a special tool?!

Already discussed, that is only for storing them when they aren't in use. They do nothing for trying to buckle the belts with one hand. I have 2 booster seats and a car seat back there. Using 2 hands usually isn't an option.

I think they are either idiots. Don't know what they are talking about, or giving you the runaround. Toyotas own service advisory says to check it between 95 and 113 degrees.
