    I got on the list for the 887's with HS today,thinking I'm going with the dakar rear leaf pack instead of a AAL or 3 pack

    Should note I'm trying to get a full 3 inches of lift and getting new UCA'S as well,is the front different drop recommended on this?over real it done with and without

    If I go with 2887 should I put on new UCA's?
    A 2" lift is fine with me, don't need 3" but want the truck level.
    Is there a OME leaf pack that only lifts 2"?
    Or are people just seeing 3" because the sag in their old suspensions?

    887s will net you about 3" of lift and yes it is recommended to get new UCAs when going that high. If you don't have a lot of weight up front you should look at 884s for about 2" of lift. When I had 884s with skids and sliders I got ~1.75" of lift.

    Rake was minimal with TSB springs. I got a good deal on the 884s used and thought that was the direction I wanted to go with my truck. I've since gotten 886s. Here is a picture with the 884s with TSB leaf pack

    I'm leaning towards the dakar set but to save some coin maybe the HS 3 pack but im undecided.like most things I read on here and I get new ideas or change my mind lol

    Get them and remove a leaf. You'll have a little more rake but will definitely be able to carry more.

    Edit: I love my dakars

    Did you put new UCA on your new setup?
    I want the Dakars for all the stuff I carry.
    Should I just put on new UCA's and be done with it?
    Drive 35K per year so don't want to kill my drive shafts.

    I sway back and forth on the rear Springs lol.front I'm going 887 cause my bumper will be no more than 130 then deduct factory parts removed for it and I should be ok as far as sag goes

    Yes, i have total chaos UCAs now but with my 884s i didn't come close to needing new ones. Heck, I didn't even need an alignment after I installed them (I guess I'm lucky with lifts) though I did get one.
