Cell phone to unlock truck ?

I found this a while back but haven't tried it yet. But there was just a thread about locking your keys in your truck and re-minded me of this. It states it works.

Is snowing here right now so im not up to trying it this moment, but would love to hear form anyone willing to give it a try.

iphone has that app also..its a remote start app.Buddy was telling me about it, and its freakin sweet.

 

I will agree with this, but I still don't know about the cell phone trick.

 

chin thing always worked for me when my keyfob battery started to die with my old car

 

thats the viper alarm system, and that shit is EXPENSIVE!

 

i would figure it would have to be todays digital phone's on both ends to work ????

now my curiosity is getting the better of me ???

 

well , im not at home and the wife just called. so i had her dig out the back spare set and press it over the cell phones.

it didnt work plus its cold out.

 

read the snoops link, but still had to try it
