Lol nope I'm out in Southern Utah. Learning a ton about the capabilities of this truck out here.

 

A buddy of mine in Utah sent me this tonight. He's always sending me videos of the dunes too, asshole.

 

The scenery is absolutely beautiful out here but after being out here for just over a year I'm ready to head back east. Lol

Since we couldn't get it low, I got a cheap Cobra from walmart to check out. Definitely has less noise in it. Squelch is barely on instead of being nearly full. Think radio might have been the issue in tuning.

 

Welcome sir. I'm curious to see what it is now. I bet it's better then 3. I'm not a cb expert but it's fairly easy to achieve good numbers with a proper setup. As you said, it may just be that radio.

 

Never been to Utah but been to Cali numerous times for extended periods and it's just gorgeous out there. Also didn't hurt that the weather always seems perfect. But once I was there for a few weeks and soaked in all that was awesome about it, the one thing that bothered me the most was the lack of woods and wildlife. Just couldn't trade sand for woods

 

Sounds like me in Phoenix area. Awesome hiking the peaks for a week or 2, but then I start wanting some wooded space and grass.

 

I miss all the trees and grass where I live right now but I can drive 15 min and be surrounded by trees and grass on our mountains out here. (My elevation I live at is just shy of 6k above sea level and the mountains reach more than 2 miles above sea level )
