    not give them an accurate reading. How in the crap do they not even

    When checking, get it to temp then check while running right?
    Don't get to temp, kill the engine, then check?
    And if there's a link to that actual manual page for the procedure I could use it.

    Is it true they do use the techstream computer to check the temperature before pulling the plugs when doing a manual check? I was told this was why techstream was on my work order.

    I got a survey from corporate earlier about how the second level tech handled my case's. All strongly disagree. Where I could type I put! TECH GAVE ME UNREALISTIC SOLUTIONS TO A PROBLEM HE WOULD NOT ADMIT EXISTED.

    I'll tell you what I did after I caught dealership slipping up on my service. I left a bad yelp review and next day they started calling and got me right in and fixed it right! Not saying it might always work but some delearships don't like bad reviews.
