Clear is a must! I always do about 4-5 coats of clear and then bake my emblems in the oven to unify them. Just a tip if you've never thought of that.

Is your bed full? Or are you hoping no one smashes your windows while you're at work.

Bed has rims in the back. This is the only way I could do it to where everything was locked up

They match the glovebox letters. They are a bit lighter but I think it works fine. I did my dash bezel a bit lighter also and the leather inserts on my black/blue seats match. Even with my OCD I think it looks great. image.jpg

Welcome! I usually turn it to "warm" not sure if every oven has that setting, but it's not a high temp at all. I usually put them in for around 2-3 mins, take them out and let them air dry and put them back in about 3-4 times until I feel they're good to go. Helps it dry a lot quicker, too!

Make sure you put them on something flat and don't leave them in too long or they'll bend from the heat. I've had it happen a few times :(

I do but only in severe wind. I think the only fix is a more rigid door. All of my Toyotas and Subarus have done this.

How's the longevity of the door sill decals. I know vinyl is always hit and miss with whether it will fail or not on textured type plastic surfaces. I need to re-order glove box decals since I fubared mine up anyway. Do you have any anthrecite colored vinyl or dark metallic gray colored vinyls? Just thinking if I were to do the sill guards in orange it would be too much orange in the interior. I'm thinking something subtle may look better than something that punches you in the face when you open the door. My old age is definately showing on this one. :D
