People who see you everyday (and eventually even you) won't be able to tell day to day gains once you get to a certain point but people who go weeks or months not seeing you will always notice...especially when it's still newbie gainz:devil:

Loving the newb gainz. They're starting to slow down though. Just a good excuse to push harder

So, question for you big fuckers. How quick can y'all move up in weight each workout? Now that newb gainz are beginning to slow, I'm just curious what's normal? I'm used to being able to go up like 5lbs a week in the major lifts, which I know won't keep up much longer.

you need to make sure you are fueled up good pre workout, get your mind right and toss out all distractions, then hit that shit hard son. If you do said things, you will go up more than 5lbs. I promise you, not being fueled up enough and having distractions/mind not right is keeping you from more. Try it out, and I bet you find you have more distractions then you think you do :D

I'll try that tomorrow with legs. I always make sure I've got food in me before hand, usually eat a meal and maybe a couple pieces of bread about an hour before and then a banana on the way. I guess that opens a whole new discussion of... What's everyone's pre workout ritual?

remember to put the blinders on...Shut out everything around you, and focus only on the task at hand, which is lifting some heavy shit! dont worry bout the bro in front of the mirror trying to roid out lifting his 20lb dumbbells or the resident gym skank in her stupid little workout outfit trying to wave that ass at you. I bet you get gainz! :D
