    ***SOLD***

    Forum,

I'm listing my Baja Rack UTility (flat) Rack for sale. I purchased this rack from Southeast Overland less than a year ago and have mounted my rooftop tent on it four times. It has a few scratches in the powder coat from the tent sliding on and off (most are superficial if anything). I paid slightly more than $500 + sales tax. If you purchased one of these racks and had it shipped to your door, you would be spending close to $700. Overall it is in great shape and the powdercoat still shines like new. All hardware is stainless steel and of course the mounting feet are included. I'm selling it to free up some cash for another hobby.

Link to the UTility Rack on BajaRack's website:
    http://www.bajarack.com/?id=racks_list_inside&idRack=39

NOTE: the buyer will need to swap their rubber weatherstripping with me as mine has four holes drilled in each strip for the BR's mounting feet. This will save you some time during the install and make things truly bolt on. We can have this rack mounted in less than 30 minutes.

NOTE: the white "BajaRack" vinyl decal has since been removed (I took these photos last fall). The sticker started to peel at one corner, so I removed it with a heat gun. Honestly, I think it looks cleaner without the decal. I'm sure Baja Rack would send a new decal for free (it's cheap advertising for them).

TW price - $425 OBO - located in Greensboro, NC (pick up only, no shipping)

I'd rather not go through the hassle of shipping it. However, if you want to pay shipping costs then we can go the UPS route. I would estimate $150-175 for them to box and ship it to your door. I believe SE Overland charges $150 freight shipping on their website. It's a big rack.

    PM me if you're interested.

Ill put some thought into it.

If you ship it via Fastenal, shouldn't be more than $75 - $100, box included.

    Ok, let me know.

I will update this thread with "SOLD" when the rack is no longer available.

Why would the bike rack be farther away than the Baja Rack?

Huh? I was just implying it would make a good accessory for the utility rack because it attaches to bajaracks specifically and we're only a few hours apart. Sorry didn't mean to highjack.

I'm interested, but I have the factory roof rack so I wouldn't have those to swap. Interested in a trade with cash?

Even though it is a little more then a 5 hour ride from me here in GA, I would love that for my tacoma. Unfortunately I got an accident last night and she will be out of commission for a little while. If its still available, and they don't total out my truck (hoping not), I might have to arrange a trip north for a bad ass roof rack!

    I hope everything is okay.

It's interesting you're in GA. I just moved to NC from Augusta.

It will be good one way or another. To bad we didn't arrange for you to drop it off on the way north! Btw, Can a light bar be mounted under this in anyway?

I thought about removing the air deflector and mounting one in that space, but never followed through. From eyeballing it, I think it would work. You would have to fab up some mounts, but I do not think it would be anything too involved. There are four light mounts on the front and tying into the outer two mounting holes would be the easiest solution.

There are also two mounting holes on the rear of the rear for bed/back-up lights.
