I'm interested in running new trails and claiming "first trail limo to conquer Elvis" but I'm not sure that I can make it to be honest. If I go it will be a last minute decision. If u cancel and hit the dragoons then I can show up whenever I want cuz I know the way+ mine exploring but still may not make it. Works a bitch right now. So whatever u decide is all good with me brother. Just putting in my 2¢

The worst part is the trip was for you to run it. Oh well, we will have fun without you.

I refuse to do broken arrow on a weekend. Sedona is just too damn busy in the spring on a weekend.

Pretty sure this trip died cause everyone thought it would be hot. Well with this drastic cooldown it will be nice. So maybe a few will still want to go.
We were there Sat, it was not busy at all.

Gotcha. I just found out that my daughter has a softball double header on Saturday and family fun day on Sunday so I'm screwed anyway. If anyone does go have fun and be safe

Just a bunch of old crap
Finally got all of my suspension upgrades/replacements done! Took her out this weekend for a test run behind Lake Pleasant and I'm VERY happy with the results. Ride is fantastic and flex is far better than I've ever had. I actually couldn't find a hole deep enough to test out the rear full downtravel. I don't think I could have done any better for the $1200 I spent, including new brakes/rotors/lines.

Just need to install the gas tank skid I got from Pelfreybilt, and it's ON.

I'm ready to get back on some trails, folks.

Still a good couple inches left to droop, but my old rear end wouldn't even do this:

Hey, Matt! It's been forever! Rug Road, 2 years ago if I remember right.

    Here's what I did:

    Front:
    • New top plate kits for both sides (top spring mount, new longer bolts, new rubber spring rests)
    • 5100 adjustable Bilsteins, set to 0 (I run 886 springs)
    • Steel braided brake lines - +4" extended length from stock
    • New boots for my LR UCAs, and re-greased
    • Wheeler's Super Bumpstops
    • PowerStop drilled/slotted rotors with ceramic pads
    Rear:
    • 5100 B110 Bilsteins (for 4-5" lifts)
    • Dakar leafs (without AAL) - probably going to get the AAL
    • Energy Suspension poly bushings for leaf springs and shackles (I removed the factory OME rubber bushings from front eyes of the Dakars)
    • All-Pro U-bolt flip kit
    • Wheeler's Super Bumpstops
    • Steel braided brake lines - +4" extended length from stock
    • Carrier bearing drop kit (without, I had slight vibes at take-off)
Even with my RTT, awning, bed rack, spare tire and camping gear loaded up, I sat dead level. Sometimes I load more gear for longer trips so the AAL seems appropriate. Project for another day.
