The reality, a Carliona Creeper (card board box) is probably your best bet, the wheeled ones are a pita, shirt, tools, hair get caught up in the wheels, and you loose 3" of room that could make the difference in easy going and pain in the ass.
You're gonna get dirty getting under it anyway, what difference does it make ?

    If you must !

I have a couple large truck mud flaps I leave in the (gravel) driveway for those times I need to do something there.

Fortunately my customers are all to glad to let me have a large cardboard sheet or box ( triple wall is like a Tempurpedic mattress), even get a few foam pads for kneeling on, I'm a big guy, but I work in tight quarters and usually in less than desirable conditions, parking lots, gravel lots, occasionally in the rain and snow. having a nice reasonably clean garage floor would be utter happiness for me !

He pm'd me... Printed off a map. Had a vague idea of where it was but wasn't certain. I get no cell service so GPS will be useless once I leave the main road. Daria lost in the dark in the woods, that'd be a bad time.

The dot is just into the rocky Mountain loop trail head. Go down the forest rds and turn into rocky Mountain loop and is at the top of the first hill.

Pffft. It'll be dark thirty by the time I get out there. I'll find my way or sleep in a parking lot somewhere until daylight.

Not aimed at anyone in particular,

From the Friends Of Uwharrie Facebook page...

Do you know how far off the road or trail you may legally pull your vehicle to park it while primitive camping?

Keep in mind it is to PARK not joyride. The vehicle must sit stationary unless going in or out of the campsite.
