**CLOSED** CVT group buy!

Maybe this is covered somewhere but now that the feeler sign-up is closed how do we proceed as far as discount pricing amount, and if still interested based on pricing, sign-up "officially" with deposits and the like?

I believe there are a couple spots still available due to drop outs. Just post the product(s) you are interested in purchasing and the OP will add you to the list or the waiting list if the vacant spots have been filled already. The discount for the GB is 20% off.

My bad...if you are on the list you are locked in. Just go to CVT's website to price your tent and take 20% off the listed amount. Payments will be required once ordering begins, which I believe will occur later this month. Last I heard, payments would be done online via CVT's website.

How about leave the tent on the ground where it belongs. This way if you run out of beer you can jump in the truck and go and buy some more. Also just in case you drink to much of that staff, next morning the risk of choosing the wrong way of exiting the tent, won't end with a broken leg or arm, or?

 

130.00 each. But remember this isn't just for camping. Works great if the electricity goes out at home or??? If you take care of the batteries correctly the should last 7-8 years maybe longer.

Okay guys, I have an update but I will need your help here:

Ordering will start in a few weeks. Cascadia tents has told me that they will not take anyone's money unless they have the tent ready to ship.

What does the stock look like?

Some tents are in stock, others aren't. - Please don't ask which ones are in stock, I do not know.

This is the plan -

Group shippers - will call in their order.

Single shippers - will place their order via a coupon code <-- No, I don't have it yet. Hold your horses guys.

1. I need everyone that is in group shipping to choose a shipping captain. Shipping captain will be using his address for delivery of tents. I need that shipping captain, and shipping captain ONLY to PM me and let me know how many are in his team, the CITY and STATE - no need complete address, and please tell me who is on your team VIA spot number. To keep this simple, don't include everyone's name nor tent selection. Please, only shipping captains PM me - I need to keep my sanity.

I will then compile the group shippers and let Cascadia tents review which group shippers he can take care of based on availability of tent stock.

Also, this will let Cascadia tents know which single shippers they can take care of per stock.

Please keep in mind, ordering will be based on stock. Not based on list order.

As of this post, I am locking the list - no more adding people, not even adding someone to group shippers - even if there is a spot available. <-- to prevent confusion, but I will add you to the alternates list for later ordering.

Once we start hammering down thru the list, we will work on the alternates list as long as we remain within 150 participants.

I'm not on the first page list as being a part of the SoCal group shipping but I am on the PM for it and @goblue82 (our shipping captain) will confirm that when he sends you the list. Up to you if you want to update the list or not.
