    Haha. He's a good dude and was actually a personal friend of mine before becoming an LEO. He's just a stickler for PTO when we are so short handed. My current SGT used to write the schedule and he gives me everything I ask for since I bust my ass when I'm on duty. I wish every SGT were like him. He approved my time off before even looking to see if we had coverage.

    I'm up north with the County. We've been down 4 guys for 18 months or so. I work an entire town by myself. Granted it's a small town and not busy like a big city but all the same shit occurs..just not as frequently.

    I don't take a lot of time off anyway so I'm looking forward to the Expo. Praying the CVT group by opens soon enough to get my tent before the trip. When it was originally set for April 1 I was told they will be delivered in time. Now that they've extended it to late April I'm not so sure.
