All the while getting good deals on used parts himself, despite him repeating that he wouldn't buy used parts again after his last truck.


I know a few deals you've gotten on stuff from TW members that were sold for less than what they could have been.

Not sure why you refuse to do the same, but hey, YOLO.

 

Really? Cuz I'm pretty sure I've paid what people are asking, or damn close to it. And you're right, I have been hypocritical about putting used parts on my truck, but in my mind they are extremely temporary for the final stuff that's all brand new going on.

 

See, that's kind of attitude pisses me off. Just because I don't 'need' the money, doesn't mean I don't want it. Idiots like you that want to talk shit about it make me want to cut this shit up and toss it in dumpster. There's a point where its just rude to offer shit so low and refuse to come up on it at all. It's my shit, I'll hold on to it for as long as I want, so running your mouth about it doesn't do anything except make you look like an ass.

People asked for less, regardless if you paid asking price - that's the point.

It's totally sweet for you to scoop shit up for 50 cents on the dollar but if someone offers you the same deal on your crap you get butthurt and complain.

I don't get that.

It's your money and your stuff, so do your thing - but if you're going to keep peddling the same items to the same groups of people that you are a smug prick to whenever they offer to buy something, don't get mad when you get called out on it, especially when you're turning down reasonable offers with the right hand while making similar deals with the left.

At some point, nobody is going to want your stuff anyway because you aren't worth dealing with.

 

@VolcomTacoma I can appreciate that you wanna sell your stuff for whatever price you want. It won't change how I put my boots (sandals ) on in the morning. In your defense when I showed some interest in the exhaust you came back with a reasonable price of $150. My only suggestion is to keep your 'cl' pricing on cl and make your TW ad TW prices. Especially since shits listed in this thread and not b/s/t. But do as you wish, it doesn't make a fuckstick of a difference to me. This was an entertaining morning read. Have a good day everyone

 

Actually I have the same ad on BST, but prices are the same, but like I said TW members will get a little better price/attitude. Dude that offers $65, I'm not angry, I'd be willing to talk price a little, but seeing as how you're so far south, it might not work out for us, since the distance might be a wash. If Danny will take it with him, it could work out, shoot me a PM though. CL randoms get ignored for low balls and I'm usually willing to haggle a bit, and TW guys get a much better reaction, but TW guys are usually just as bad as CL guys with haggling lol and low ball anyways. So lowering my price on TW just means I get low balled worse. If I know you and you want my stuff, I'll probably let it go pretty cheaply, but randoms low balling don't go over super well.

And yeah, the guys getting all worked up over my CL ad are pretty funny, as you said, how does that affect anyone that isn't interested in buying lol

TW members usually help each other out by dumping there old shit for super cheap it been like that forever, if your not like that that's your business, but don't hate on us for being that community. We take pride in giving each other ophjs. We all know now your greed, that's OK we will still be your friends, we expect all kinds in here.
I have got and gave out a few deals and freebees. I think your sales tactics are what may of stured this pot, by saying your going to toss them in the dumpster implied you don't care about the money, but in reality you do.
