    I have been researching lifts for months and have basically decided on OME before I saw this, but still have a few questions that I have yet to find on the forums. I have a 2013 DCSB OR. I want to lift it up to 2.5, trying to get away without new UCAs at least for now.. With that being said, I am under the assumption that would mean I need the 885 coils, will I be able to fit 285s without the top plate spacer? I want the dakars but am worried it might be too rough without weight in it the entire time. But I have read on here as well as other places that I can remove the third leaf to bring the rake down and make a better ride. Correct?

    As for now, please put me down as a VERY STRONG MAYBE, need to figure out the monies haha

    Looking to get away without changing UCA's. My plan is also to take 3rd leaf out to bring rake down.

    I believe people are getting 3" lifts with 885's because they are measuring from where shocks have sagged to. I would think from a brand new truck you will not get a difference of 3". So that being said with the 885 we will get less than a 2.5" lift from brand new stock shocks. I have 175K on my shocks so am sure I will be getting over 2.5" of lift but will be less than 3" from original height. I hope this makes sense.
