Twice yesterday while driving my radio froze and wouldn't respond to anything I tried to do. Couldn't shut it off, change stations or modes or anything. Radio and iPhone are synced with Bluetooth, phone worked fine on its own. Has anyone had this happen and is this the start of radio failure? Truck is already out of warranty....it's a 2015 but 76,000 miles already.

I had mine replaced under warranty for acting the same way. Did it multiple times and I found no specific situation to be the cause.

If the DIY thing doesn't work - take it to your dealer and show them this TSB. Good for 3 yrs/36K miles. There are a maze of problems TSB addresses.

If your mileage is actually 76K, they might good-will the fix. Call and ask.
