    use their web shopping to get them to lower prices then keep going between the 2-3 that you're trolling and get them to match the other's price. Plus you don't have to drive anywhere, you only have to put up with their phone calls or emailing.

    i bought my truck through email in afghanistan.... the way i picked the dealer was the one who read my comment that said "I'm in Afghanistan and will only work with you via email"... Out of the 8 I contacted 2 responded via email (and about 15 voice mails upon my return) and I was able to knock off a few grand by saying "joe meyer has a comparable truck for $$$, are you gonna beat that price?" works the same at home depot/lowes.
